RENT: Rent is charged on a monthly basis. It is due on the first day of the month. We do not send bills.

If rent is more than five (5) days late you will be Charged a late fee of $15.00. The entry gate will not respond to your code until rent has been paid in full. After Hours Payments can be made in the Drop Slot located on the mailbox.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT: At your request we will do automatic credit or debit card billing. Simply complete an credit card authorization form and give it to the manager.
